As a  major player in supporting the success of our multi-million dollar eCommerce store and overseeing order fulfillment from start to finish, you not only get to grow your skills in customer service, but learn about the technology behind scenes.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Do whatever it takes to deliver the best customer experience while serving as the direct point of contact between our eCommerce store, customers and product vendors.
  • Act as a trusted, knowledgeable resource for shoppers, providing product advice and guidance, while being empathetic to their needs and thinking outside-the-box to deliver happiness.
  • Support the entire customer experience team and business by coming up with innovative solutions to problems, and challenging yourself and the people around you to improve every single day.
  • Resolve customer calls/emails related to products offered on our website (order status, cancellation, returns, etc).
  • Process customer orders by phone and live chat.
  • Develop relationships with customers and product vendors.
  • Report all product-related trends to the merchandising team.
  • Complete order fulfillment duties (e.g. data entry, vendor coordination etc.) as needed.

 

EXPERIENCE GUIDELINES

  • 1-3 years experience providing exceptional customer service in a retail, restaurant, hospitality or call center environment.
  • Must be empathetic to customer’s needs.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Creative problem solver.
  • Must have ambition and outstanding work ethic.
  • Accurate data entry and typing skills.
  • Must have the ability to multi-task within a high pressure environment.
  • Detail oriented, aptitude for learning new things quickly.
  • Excellent time management, organizational and communication skills.
  • Must be comfortable working in a team environment.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays, as needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
