In this role, you’ll be the hero of our story. You will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support and assistance to our clients, including documenting and reporting problems, and helping our developers learn where they can improve. You’ll also have the opportunity to help transform our customers into product experts through interactive web-based training and support.  The best part of working with us? You actually have the opportunity to build relationships with customers, shape our products, grow in your position, and act as a liaison between our departments ﹘ ultimately creating the best possible experience for our customers.

You must be patient and great at communicating. We are looking for candidates with proven listening and communication skills that can calmy work through problems and provide clients with a fresh, energetic approach to their questions.


We want an enthusiastic tech nerd. If you are ultra tech-savvy and skilled in the art of troubleshooting and resolving tech problems (internet, email, desktop systems, etc.), you’ll be a great fit.


You must be solution-oriented. The ideal candidate will help identify and resolve any system failures, and will be responsible for providing input and feedback on any and all bug reports and improvement plans.


You should be great at building relationships. In this role, you must be able to gain the client’s cooperation and trust to work through the troubleshooting process, all while delivering amazing a remarkable experience.
